Alison realized the positive effects of massage after receiving a particularly impactful massage that transformed her physical and mental state. The effectiveness of that single session revealed it's therapeutic value and inspired her to study Anatomy and Physiology and receive her 600 hour training and certification in such modalities as Swedish massage, Myofascial and Trigger Point Release and Craniosacral Therapy at the  Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy.  She later studied under Rose Griscom at the Institute of Thai Massage, earning  her certificate there.

Alison believes that massage should be accessible to anyone looking to improve their sense of well-being and tailors each massage to meet the specific goals of her clients.

When she's not giving, receiving, or thinking about massage, some of her hobbies include exploring new hiking destinations, playing guitar, practicing yoga, and dance. She currently is a student of Rowan College and resides in South Jersey.

"Highly recommend Alison! I saw her for my first professional massage (I have since gone back) and it exceeded all of my expectations. Alison was professional and welcoming and patiently walked me through the experience. I left feeling great. She has a wonderful healing touch and was able to target and expertly work out certain problem areas in my back and neck. From my sessions with Alison, I have come to realize the importance of including regular massage therapy in my self care regimen. You won't be disappointed!" -EM
